Axson North America, Inc. changes
its name to Axson Technologies US, Inc. Dear
Customers, Partners and Vendors: As
you may know, in July of this year the Worldwide Axson organization was
purchased by the BSR Group.
BSR has recently changed its name to the Axson Group and also
decided to make a few other changes.
As part of a world-wide re-branding effort Axson North America,
Inc. will change its name to Axson Technologies US,
Inc. Axson Technologies US will be an integral part of the Axson Group (www.axson-group.com for more information), a world-wide leader in high performance operational polymer formulation. The Axson Group includes three business units: Axson Revocoat, Axson Technologies and Axson BS Coatings. "Our three businesses together represent a major asset for AXSON's customers who will now have access to a broader range of solutions," indicates Charles Churet, Axson Group's Chairman. "and every customer will benefit from the synergy of the expertise, R&D facilities and worldwide presence of these three businesses."
With 25 sales locations and 16 production and R&D sites around
the globe, the Axson Group has a presence in Europe, Asia, the Americas,
the Middle East, India and Africa.
Axson Technologies US,
Inc. joins the group's 800 employees worldwide, bringing a strong
US history and presence into the group's global heritage, augmenting the
Axson Group's continuing effort to expand worldwide. Axson Technologies US,
Inc. will continue to supply quality products at competitive
pricing with the trust and professionalism you expect. Axson Technologies US, Inc., new name and a new way to do
business!
