Wood & Stone Company Epoxy Stone Adhesives
Axson's, Wood & Stone Company's epoxy based adhesives known as Akabond
have been developed for the most demanding applications where mechanically
superior properties might be needed. These products are developed to have
excellent speed, maximum bonding strength, minimal shrinkage and superior
weathering characteristics. Wood & Stone Company standard epoxies can be
used to bond a multitude of other substrates like metal, wood, paper and
certain plastics as well. Our clear epoxies have very good color stability
with only a minimal tendency to yellow under direct UV exposure. As with all
of the Wood & Stone Company’s products these can be tinted using our epoxy color kits.

Speedy and Super Speedy Stone Epoxy
The Wood and Stone Company of Axson North America proudly announce
Speedy and Super Speedy Stone Epoxy, a new epoxy adhesive for the
Stone Market. These two component, fast setting epoxies are ideal
for operations requiring a quick turn-over.
Speedy and Super Speedy Stone Epoxy were developed for the Stone
Industry as a light amber epoxy adhesive mixed at a two to one ratio.
The pot-life of the Speedy Stone is 17 to 19 minutes with an excellent
thin film curing time of approximately two hours. The Super Speedy
Stone has a pot-life of 8 to 10 minutes and approximately one hour
thin film curing time. Both items have excellent finishing characteristics,
and top quality performance as expected under the Wood & Stone Company brand.
