New Axson APF Light and PMF Polyester Fillers

Axson North America, Inc. proudly announces two new polyester repair filler products. APF Light and PMF is a patternmaker's filler. Both products fill the gaps between customer needs and other available lines of polyester fillers. Only the highest grade of raw materials and fillers has been used in their creation.

APF Light is a hand-applied repair material specially designed for light, thin-film repairs and skim coatings, finished part repairs, and other repair applications on metal, fiberglass, polyurethane tooling board, and wood. The filler properties of APF Light are desirable for the fairing and coating prior to primer painting done in body and marine shops. With a four to seven minute working time, APF Light can be lightly sanded in 20 minutes and ready for primer in an hour. APF Light is excellent for consumer and industrial applications and has been tested to meet their requirements.

PMF is designed specifically for the patternmaker to fill voids, repair over-cuts, make small design changes to molds, and for pattern repairs. PMF mixes to a smooth consistency, spreads evenly and cures to a hardness suitable for high quality finishing. With a fast, five minute average pot-life, PMF is a quick repair material. It is easily mixed with Axson's BPO hardener and hand-applied. It is excellent for non-metal, industrial mold applications such as fiberglass, polyurethane tooling boards, and wood patterns.
